We make all of our sauces for our pasta from scratch using our own time honored recipes.
All pasta is served with our famous homemade garlic bread
Our pasta is made when you order it and not before; please remember that we do not make fast food but good food as fast as we can.
1. Fettuccine Alfredo
Classic alfredo sauce over fettuccine pasta with a touch of herbs. You can add marinated chicken, shrimp, fresh spinach or gresh garlic.
2. Pasta in Paradise
Chef ken when all out for this pasta. Pasta in alfredo sauce tossed with either marinated chicken or fine italian sausage, plus ham, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh mushrooms, basil, fesh garlic, black olives, red pepper flakes then we melt our blended cheese over the top of this wonderful taste treat.
3. Baby Clams with Shrimp
Steamed clams in the shell with tender shrimp in a creamy garlic wine sauce tossed with fettuccine noodles
4. Creamy Pesto
Fettuccini pasta tossed with our own creamy pesto garnished with sun dried tomatoes. You can add marinated chicken or shrimp to this dish if you like.
5. Ragu De Pomodoro
Italian sausage simmered in a rich tomato sauce with wine tossed over your choice of fettuccine or spaghetti noodles. You can add our meatballs to this dish if you like.
6. Italian Sausage with grilled Peppers & Onions
Homemade Italian sausage topped with a variety of sweet peppers, onions with a pomodoro sauce over fettuccine noodles.
7. Mama Jean's Spaghetti & Meatballs
The simple old fashioned way of doing things are sometimes the best. Classic meatballs in a homemade pomodoro sauce just the way Mama Jean taught me how.
8. Eggplant Parmesean
The classic vegeterian Italian meal. Layers of eggplant with ricotta, parmesean, blended cheese, with a rich pomodoro sauce
9. Lasgana (with italian Sausage or veggie):
Nothing is better than this home made classic when you are in the mood for a hearty Italian meal. Made with our Mom's lasagna sauce, ricotta cheese, parmsean cheese, our cheese blend with either fine Italian sausage or a melody of veggies. Nuf Said.
